Conditions of use

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all sales made through ComputerCableStore.com unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by an authorized representative based in Quakertown, PA. By placing an order, customers agree to all terms outlined below. These terms are subject to change at any time without prior notice, and it is the customer’s responsibility to review them before placing an order.

Note: ComputerCableStore.com is owned and operated by NetConnex, LLC. Charges for your purchase will appear on your billing statement as NetConnex, LLC.

Shipping and Order Processing

  • Orders received by 3:00 PM ET on business days typically ship the same day.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET ship the following business day.
  • A confirmation email is sent after order placement.
  • “Best Way Ground” shipping will be billed at the actual rate.
  • Estimated shipping charges shown at checkout are estimates only.
  • A minimum $5.00 handling fee may apply to international orders.
  • Orders may be shipped from alternate locations when needed.

Order Tracking

You can track your orders via UPS or FedEx in the “Your Account” section of our website. Tracking updates may be delayed until scanned by the carrier.

Returns

  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in original, resalable condition with all packaging and accessories.
  • Returns showing use, damage, or writing/labels may incur a restocking fee up to 25% or be rejected entirely.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
  • Custom and production items (P- items) are non-returnable/non-cancelable unless defective.
  • Miss-ships or shortages must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Return processing time is 5–7 business days (up to 14 additional days for third-party items).
  • ComputerCableStore.com may accept returns beyond 30 days for store credit only.

Third-Party Products

Return policies for third-party products vary by vendor and override our standard return policy. Key vendor policies include:

  • Great Lakes: 30-day return window, 20% restock fee, damages must be reported within 72 hours.
  • ICC: 30-day return window, unopened items only, 20% restock minimum.
  • OCC: 30-day return window, 25% restock unless offsetting order is placed.
  • Quest, Platinum Tools, Quabbin: 30-day return window, 25% restock fee, must be undamaged and in original packaging.

Backorders

If an item is out of stock, we will email you with an estimated restock date. You can then choose to wait or cancel the item(s).

Order Issues

Report any shipping errors or missing items within 7 business days of delivery. Issues reported after this window may not be resolved.

Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct typographical or pricing errors.

Sales Tax

  • Orders shipped to or picked up in Pennsylvania are subject to 6% sales tax unless a valid PA tax exemption certificate is provided.
  • Sales tax is also collected in other states. If you're tax-exempt, please send us your certificate before ordering.
  • A $5 processing fee applies for tax refund requests made after shipping.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards and electronic payments via Authorize.net. For customers with approved accounts, net 30 terms may be available. All transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption and monitored for PCI compliance.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled by 2:00 PM ET on the same day of placement by emailing: customerservice@ComputerCableStore.com
  • Custom cable orders must be canceled within 12 hours. After that, they are non-cancelable and billed in full.

Warranty

Our cables are backed by a lifetime warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Issues must be reported within 7 business days of receipt. The warranty does not cover misuse, wear and tear, or altered products.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. Your information is used only to process orders and will never be sold or shared. Email is our primary method of communication.
