I ordered a premade keystone jack that was taking forever to come and holding up my install, so said screw it and went to make my own.
These were perfect and fit the dirt cheap keystone wall plate PERFECTLY (not even a little wiggle).
The only thing I wasn’t expecting were the crimps on the back. I was planning to use heatshrink marine grade - but these ones are much smaller than I’ve seen before. They do come with the jack so it’s all good!
Just what I needed and very happy with them.
Good customer service too, shipped fast and got them very quick with USPS priority.

A 7.1 surround sound system was installed with only the subwoofer at the receiver location, so 7 speakers had to be connected through the attic. Six are in one 6 port insert with the front center channel in a separate insert (along with HDMI and TOSLINK connectors). This very high density and that's a good thing, but it can also be frustrating to get all the modules into the insert. I made the mistake of connecting the wires from the wall into the modules, then trying to insert the modules into the insert.
The modules didn't hold very well in the insert, so I super glued them in to keep them from backing out of the insert when pushing wires into the front. The release buttons are very small and it's a little painful to push such a small button hard enough to open the hole for the wire. Also, the modules claim to accommodate 14 gauge wire, but I found it much easier to remove many of the strands and then tin the wires because the 14 gauge wire just doesn't fit very well into the modules. For a high density installation, there just isn't any alternative and once installed these are working well.

I needed a way to connect the 5.1 surround sound but without wires all over the house. With these plugged into a single gang box, I was able to hide wires in the walls and under the floor. The only exposed wires are hidden from view behind a cabinet.

I plan to use these to save space on my plate. One module handles both + and - lead. I wish ICC made the wire connector a screw lug rather than a crimp connector. The crimp one is rather large. I plan to solder then shrink wrap. Over all I would recommend these to anyone. - Andrew C. - AL, US
